Rajendra Nigam, M.D.

Board Certified Psychiatrist

 

 

Dr. Nigam is a graduate of G.S.V.M. Medical College of Kanpur.  He has been the Medical Director of Western PA Psych Care since 1992 and has over 20-years experience in the field of medicine.  Dr. Nigam has served as an Honorary Faculty member for UPMC and serves on numerous committees throughout the region.  Dr. Nigam is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the American Psychiatry Association.  He is licensed through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Physician and Surgeon.  Areas of specialty include ADHD, Depression, Child and Adolescent Behavioral Disorders, and Geriatrics.

Haylee Sutter, LSW

Haylee is a Licensed Social Worker and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Masters of Social Work. She has been working at WPPC for four years.  Haylee's specialties include Children and Adolescent Development and Behavior Problems, Depressed Mood and Anxiety Disorders.  Haylee accepts Medical Assistance and UPMC insurances.  Haylee works out of our Baden and Beaver offices, and also sees children through our School Based Behavior Health program.

Matthew Maurer, LPC

Matthew is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with almost a decade in the mental health field working with children, families, and couples of all age ranges.  He utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other Evidence Based Psychotherapy Methods to help clients achieve their goals.  By using an eclectic modality of counseling he is able to provide the most effective, treatment for each client, by utilizing a holistic approach and various range of therapeutic approaches; this allows for an individualized approach to help ensure the most current and efficacious treatment methods are being utilized.  Matthew has a flexible schedule, including evening appointments, so that he is able to ensure that his clients are able to receive the care that they need.  Matthew accepts most major insurances and medical assistance insurances.  Matthew works out of our Beaver office.  

Victoria is a US Army combat veteran that served eight years active duty as a combat medic and a flight medic.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Sports and Health Sciences from American Military University.  She then received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).  Victoria specializes in anxiety and depression disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and PTSD counseling for both civilian and veteran/military individuals.   Victoria accepts Optum, Highmark, Aetna, UPMC, Beacon, Cigna, United Healthcare, and MA/BHO.  Victoria works out of our Baden and Beaver offices, and also sees children through our School Based Behavior Health program.
