Behavioral Health Technician (BHT):

Program: IBHS

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

 

Minimum Qualifications:

*Must meet ONE of the following:*

  • Have certification as a BCaBA

  • Have certification as an RBT

  • Have certification as a BCAT

  • Have a behavior health certification or behavior analysis certification from an organization that the National Commission accredits for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma AND have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA

  • Have a minimum of 2-years of experience in the provision of behavioral health service.

                                   AND

  •  Have access to a vehicle in which they can show current coverage of insurance

  •  Have a valid driver’s license for the duration of employment

  • Obtain required clearances, which at this time include: Act 33, Act 34 and act 114 PRIOR to beginning work for the agency. Employees must update clearances as per agency policy

  •  Completed the CPSL mandatory training (every 3 years for the duration of employment)

 

Responsibilities:

  • · Implementation of the assigned client's Individualized Treatment Plan

  • Maintain all training requirements as outlined in the clinical policy and procedure manual

  • Obtain supervision as outlined in the clinical policy and procedure manual

  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times

  • Complete all paperwork as required by the agency

  • Attend mandatory meetings

  • Maintain adherence to CASSP principles at all times

  • Provide supervisors with regular client and family updates

Behavior Consultant (BC):

Program: IBHS

Job Types: Full-time Salaried, Part-time Hourly

Salary: $43,000 - $55,000 per year OR $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

(Final wage is determined by experience and licensure status)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, or similar human services field

  • Professional license (Preferred but not required)

  • Ability to obtain Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances

  • CPSL training

  • Must have a current driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Behavior Consultants (BC) are responsible for the overall treatment of assigned clients, which includes direct supervision of assigned Behavior Health Technicians. BC's are assigned a caseload of specific children between the ages of 2-20 who have a DSM V Psychiatric Diagnosis.

  • The BC's are responsible for creating and updating treatment plans, developing interventions, updating other treatment team members on progress, documenting client progress, and maintaining the client's record of treatment.

  • BC's provide consultation to assigned client's family and other involved parties (i.e. teachers, daycare providers, etc...) regarding a child's behavior. Services will vary according to the individual needs of the child and family.

Therapist:

 

Program: Outpatient Clinic and School Based Behavioral Health Clinic

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • · Licensed Doctoral Level Psychologist OR

  • · Licensed Clinical Psychologist OR

  • · Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) OR

  • · Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or similar field AND

  • · Must be able to obtain Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances

 

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide and appropriately document therapeutic services provided within the scope of practice as a mental health professional or mental health worker, which includes at minimum: psycho-social and diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and individual and/or family counseling within the scope of practice applicable to the client of best practice techniques and/or generally accepted industry standards of practice.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical record of therapeutic encounters, i.e. daily progress notes, intake, treatment plans/reviews, discharge plans, communication log, follow-up letters, etc.

  • Provide critical incident reporting to clinical director as appropriate within 24-hours of incident or incident notification.

  • Provide mandated reporting on all children who may be victims of abuse or neglect.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress of clients.

  • Appropriately document progress notes the day of service provided to help ensure that timely billing for services may occur.

  •  Participate in treatment team and school-based meetings as needed.

  • Provide and document appropriate discharge planning, aftercare planning, and referrals to all clients.

  •  Provide accurate availability to school-based supervisor for scheduling purposes.

  • Attend clinical supervision with School-Based Supervisor or Clinical Director.

  • Review and abide by all relevant policies and procedures per staff handbook and published updates or memorandums.
